Frequently Asked Questions

A: Zero. Nothing. Zilch. We do not charge potential customers a penny for us to give a quote.

A: The cost for a new roofing system depends on whether it is for a residential or commercial property, the size of the structure, the architecture of the building, which materials are used, current market costs, and the roofing contractor that you hire.

A: A roofing issue can be difficult for a non-professional to recognize unless of course, it is a major problem. The best bet is to have a roofing specialist periodically inspect your home or business; we recommend once a year. Other times to prompt an inspection would be after a major weather storm such as hail, tropical storm, or hurricane. If your business has an interior suspended ceiling with tiles; any water rings are a sure sign of an issue.

A: Yes we do! We are partnered with an online program that specifically gives loans for roofing. If you’d rather go through your own credit union or bank, we can provide the necessary information to them for you to secure your loan.

A: Our normal coverage is the Greater Houston Metroplex as well as the SETX area including Beaumont, Galveston, and more. That being said, we are willing to travel outside our normal area for our clients, if needed. If your area is not on our map, just like us! We probably will cover it for you.

A: A cool roof is a roofing system (usually commercial) that is designed to reflect more sunlight than a normal roofing system. By utilizing the cool roof technology, a consumer can reduce the cost of electricity to their building by absorbing less solar energy.
